Return Policy


  • Please use the ELITE EXTRA ONLINE PORTAL for return pick up.

  • All returns must be in their original box and/or container and in the same condition as when originally received.

  • Damaged or shortage claimed parts must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery date or they will not be considered for return, per each manufacturer’s strict return policies.*

  • All parts must be checked prior to painting, prepping, or welding.  These parts are non-returnable.

  • No returns on items older than 30 days.

  • Total losses and non-stocking parts are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on Manufacturer. Insurance companies will pay.

  • All cores must be returned in the original box, with no exceptions, and all fluid drained. See complete “Core Return Policy” below.


    The following items are non-returnable:

    • All Exhaust

    • All Glass

    • All Interior Trim

    • All Open Items

    • All Painted Parts

    • All Safety Items (seat belts, airbags, etc.)

Core Return Policy

Mechanical Parts

In order for our customers to receive proper credit for cores, please read the following:

  • OEM cores are subject to specific manufacturer’s policies.*

  • All cores are to be returned in their original box within 30 days. All core labels or forms must be filled out with the proper information. All items must be of like core, in rebuildable condition, and free from physical damage. Broken cores and missing parts may be assessed chargebacks following manufacturer’s technical inspection.*

  • Broken housing and damage by abuse, fire, water, or weather will not be accepted.

  • Alternator Cores must be returned in the manufacturer’s box. Cores must match the part number sold. Must include all parts, such as regulators, to receive full credit.

  • Starter Cores must be returned in manufacturer’s box. Core must match the part number sold. Must include all parts, such as solenoids or related parts, included with the unit to receive full credit.

  • Cores with fluids such as steering rack and gears, A/C compressors, brake calipers, master cylinders, power steering pumps, and the like must be drained and returned in manufacturer’s box. A $75 fee will be charged if not properly drained.

Collision Body Parts

  • OEM cores are subject to specific manufacturer’s policies.*

  • Facias Cores returned without proper label or manufacturer’s requirements may be rejected, per Manufacturer’s specific guidelines.*

  • Lighting assemblies and wheels must be returned in new part’s box. With all labels filled out and attached.
