While this is done directly with the individual manufacturers, we're happy to try and steer you in the right direction. See below for the manufacturer info we have in getting the certification application process started. If we receive any updates or new info in the future, we will add it here.

Handled by manufacturers, not Ciocca Parts Warehouse

The certification of collision repair is a manufacturer program that endorses collision repair shops that meet the manufacturer standards for repair. We at the dealership do promote shops to pursue certification but with the understanding that most programs are overseen and approved by the manufacturer and our dealerships have little or no say in the process.

Other Manufacturers

Other manufacturers not listed above do not have a certification program available that we know of. Collision shops may take classes if available but they will not certify independent shops. We will update this page if any new info is available to us.
