ProFirst Program
ProFirst is American Honda’s body shop recognition program focusing on those shops that have shown a commitment to a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
To qualify for ProFirst, collision shops must use OEConnection"s CollisionLink software, be an I-CAR Gold Class shop and at least one person currently employed by the shop must have completed the I-CAR HON01 Collision Repair for Honda and Acura Vehicles training.
Collision Repair Facilities may register for the program at profirst.honda.com
Qualifying shops will receive a handsome wall plaque, suitable for public display, a spot on American Honda’s shop locator, free access to parts catalogs and service and repair information, and access to the ProFirst logo for advertising use.
