Unfortunately, CDK is still down without an ETA.
Ciocca Parts Warehouse understands how important it is to get you your parts. Our team has come up with a temporary procedure during the CDK System Outage.
Please read everything carefully as we will be doing everything manually:
Previous Orders that were place before the CDK outage will be receiving a phone call today to verify if the parts are still needed.
Do Not Use RepairLink, CollisionLink, OPS, and/or CCC to order parts due to incorrect pricing and inventory. No price matching and/or OPT OEM is available at this time either or will be honored.
Expect delays on deliveries as they will resume tomorrow.
No Returns, or pick-ups at this time
Invoices will be a modified version.
Pay type (cash, credit card, charge) will remain the same.
All parts will have to be ordered and not sold out of inventory.
Locating parts from other dealers is unavailable.
