Online Parts Returns & Order Tracking Made Easier

Ciocca Parts Warehouse is taking the guessing game out of "Where's my parts?" and making it easier to return parts as well.

Ciocca Parts Warehouse has partnered with Elite Extra to help streamline deliveries and returns. Moving forward, we are asking our customers to please create an account for your shop that can be sharable with your coworkers. Ciocca Parts Warehouse will be transitioning off our Ciocca Parts website form to process returns and to this new easy-to-use portal instead.

Elite Extra will make it that much more convenient. All that is needed is an invoice number, RO/Job number, and/or parts number to return a part. Everything else, will automatically appear. Upload your part return, print out a label, and track your part return for pick up. What's even more exciting, on the same screen, you will see what parts that will be en route to you and an ETA.

Please follow the step by step directions below to create an account. An invoice is required when creating an account. There is also a how to video below on how to submit a return.
